A family trip to Florida in 2023 served as an ideal prelude to an extraordinary adventure. After years of imagining a life in New York - inspired by movies, photographs, a father’s infatuation, and a relentless draw to a completely alternate reality - the city became everything for a while. With no predetermined itinerary and approximately sixty rolls of film, the summer months were dedicated to exploring, observing, and capturing moments.
This project documents that stretch of time: a record of moments in a place that had long dominated imagination.
Printed in a limited edition of fifty copies, the exhibition was showcased in a small venue in Glasgow.
